All of our care at Optimumcare has been top notch. The staff has taken extra measures to ensure my mother is receiving care that is tailored to her exact needs. We’ve used their services ranging from home health aides to PT/OT and I’ve been very impressed with the attention to detail and overall caring attitude of every person. We’ve worked with other agencies in the past but none have offered the personal touch that Optimum does. Definitely would recommend!

I needed help for my mom quite unexpectedly and Optimumcare stepped in with the most kind and loving ladies to help mom with just an hour notice. It sure made things easier for me for the past few months as we got her settled with the needed care. Thank you to you all!
I have had 4 caregivers to date attending to my needs. Three were for just a short period of time assisting until another could be with me full time. Each one has been very pleasant and loving and helpful in everything I needed to do. I would highly recommend your organization to folks that need assistance, no matter how little or how intensive as these attendants are well versed in all types of care for the folks they are asked to assist. My father’s health started to decline in August of last year (2022). When he was released from the hospital in September, I was told that he would need 24/7 care. I had no idea of what to do or where to go! After receiving a recommendation of Optimumcare from my father’s assisted living community, I contacted Elizabeth Agyei, Staffing Coordinator at Optimumcare. Elizabeth was wonderful and made everything so easy…especially during such a stressful time. Elizabeth sent over two amazing women, Melrose and Angelina, to take care of my dad. They stepped in and took such wonderful care of my father. I never had to worry and they always kept in touch with me to give me updates. During the last week of my dad’s life (in early Dec. 2022), I had to call in Hospice. Melrose was with him during his last days–24/7— she showed such compassion and I am so very grateful for her. I was truly blessed with Melrose, Angelina and Optimumcare! I highly recommend Optimumcare!
I am 85 years old, living alone. A bad fall broke some bones, making it necessary for me to have help every day. Cynthia Korth was assigned to me, and boy am I glad she was! She is thoroughly experienced at home care. She is professional and caring. She makes my life safe and happy. She manages the many meds I now take. She cleans me head to toe frequently. She prepares all my meals. She provides lovely companionship. She is punctual and reliable. And she drives me to all the various places I need to go — pharmacy, grocer, barber, dry cleaner, etc. Cynthia was the only home care person with me for about six months. Later, a second lady was assigned to me, Melrose by name. She too is very experienced and helpful. I feel lucky to have these two ladies in my life!
